VAR (Value Added Reseller)

DESCRIPTION

The Value Added Resellers are qualified subjects, authorized to offering and reselling QSA.net as well as delivering Training Services and 1st Level Technical Assistance to the Customer.

PROCEDURE

  • The VAR manages negotiation.
  • The Customer places the order (Qsa.net or a VAR’s Package including QSA.net) to the VAR.
  • The VAR buys QSA.net at a transfer price (specific discount on price list) to Consind trough E-Commerce.
  • Consind sends access credentials to VAR.
  • The VAR manages customer account.
  • The VAR manages training, other implementation services and first level support to the customer without any Consind involvement..
  • Consind gives second level support to the VAR.

ADVANTAGES

Full control of the Customer, which interfaces exclusively with the VAR.

LIMITATIONS

The VAR must have in-house resources and expertise to manage the customer.
