This feature manages job proficiency and training processes, while at the same time maintaining personnel files. By defining job descriptions and relative area of competence, it is possible to evaluate employee job performance and identify possible training deficiencies. These, together with standard orientation courses defined by management and mandatory individualized training, help define a complete training package to be included in all planning, operation, and review stages of the firm’s activities. Training accomplishments are then recorded and stored in each employee personnel file, together with other information and documents, including curricula, physical examinations, personal protective equipment, etc.

This feature manages the firm’s instrumentation lists, including expiration dates and calibration records. Every instrument is identified through a register entry, which records their details and may also include calibration instructions and manuals. Each instrument record allows registering each calibration service call as well as any reports and certificates of testing or calibration. All information is therefore always easily and immediately available to staff members involved in this aspect of the business.

This feature manages lists of plant fixtures, machinery and equipment, as well as expiration dates and archival records of maintenance processes. Every piece of equipment is identified through a register entry, which can then be associated with maintenance procedures and instruction manuals, as well as maintenance records. All information is therefore always easily and immediately available to staff members involved in maintaining plants in perfect conditions. The data gathered by this module flows to the data analysis module, which can then determine plant efficiency levels as well as a recap of all maintenance activities.
